Final Payment:
On the 12th day of the project, I will present the overall system to you. During this presentation, I will again take note of any comments or suggestions. After updating the system based on this feedback, I will present the final version to you on the 14th day. At this time, you must pay the remaining 35% of the total project cost before the software is officially delivered.
To ensure your success and peace of mind, I offer one full year of free technical support with every software development project. This means you can focus on growing your business while I handle any technical challenges that may arise.
During this initial year, you will have access to a dedicated support system where you can reach out for assistance whenever you need it. Whether it's troubleshooting issues, answering questions, or providing guidance on how to maximize the effectiveness of your software, I'm here to help you every step of the way.
As your business evolves, so too may your software needs. After the one-year free support period, I offer ongoing technical assistance at a minimal cost per support request. This ensures that you continue to receive the help you need to adapt and thrive in a dynamic marketplace.
